Most of our peels are very tolerable. We provide a handheld fan to minimize discomfort. Some stinging or itching may occur as these acids go to work!

Additionally, those with a history of keloid scarring may need to avoid certain peels. Chemical peels cannot be performed on those who are currently taking Accutane, are pregnant, or are undergoing chemotherapy. 

Our Lactic Acid Peel does not require any downtime! It is neutralized in office, and you should not experience any visible peeling.

Our other peels require you to leave them on for a few hours before rinsing. You can also expect light to moderate peeling.
