I’m not just a coach. I’m a business owner.
My name is Jess, and I’m so glad you’re here! I know what it’s like to wear every hat — provider, marketer, manager, leader. I’ve navigated growth, slow seasons, overhead, hiring, burnout, refinement, and rebuilding.
After 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, and through running Apothek, I didn’t just learn business theory. I tested what actually works inside a real aesthetic business. And along the way, I’ve met several other founders asking the same questions:
